Welcome to my first episode of my Health & Fitness regime. 
Yep, you guessed it, I've decided to adopt a new lifestyle that's healthier and much better than the one I've been living for the past two years. 
It's a challenge but I'm going to take one step at a time and see it through. 
This new chapter will be uploaded on Friday's, every two weeks. 
I'll upload another episode next week so it can fall into schedule of me doing two videos for you every week. 
So one week will be Sister2Sister and the following week will be Health & Fitness. :))))
