SISTER 2 SISTER (CONFIDENCE)

Hello my beautiful sisters, this weeks episode is all about the BIG C,
Confidence.
The one trait that can change you life 360 degrees for the better in a blink of an eye.
Where does confidence come from you ask?
I think it a combination of love, support, self love and experience.
A wonderful and enlightening episode on my personal experience and what I some key tips you can use in your life too.

Watch this week's episode below.
So sit back and enjoy.

The Johari Window
Also, when you have time read up about the Johari Window, it's very fascinating and it will give you an insight into understanding yourself better.

"FIRE IN THE BUILDING!! hahaha yes. escape from any toxic situation. be selective. really analyse what people and which situations make you happy and add to your strength and freedom, and which don't. even if you think jealousy and hate won't affect you because you are above it, and that you can help energy draining people with your love and example, the truth is that they will slowly but steadily poison your life to the bone. they will find their way when they realise that they need to change. there is really nothing better you can do for them than help them see that their ways have to change by leaving them alone. we are made to be happy and in peace, so don't take anybody's delusional crap, ever!!!
