Hello my Blogger family, 
This is just a quick update on how I'm getting along with my weight loss journey and also answering some of your questions through my experience.

What to eat at THAT time of the month:
Dark Chocolate  minimum 70% Cocoa.

Try to stay away from milk chocolate as much as possible and any other sugars for that matter. Eliminating sugar has contributed to a lot of my weight loss.
